Shipping Returns & Exchanges

We sincerely thank you and appreciate your business. Our primary goal is to make sure you are satisfied. We understand though that in some cases you want to return the item for a refund or exchange, Here is our return policy.

• No restocking fee for a return item.
• If you return items purchased with the FREE Shipping offer, then you may be charged a shipping & Handling fee of $4.99.
• The returned item must be in our possession within 10 days of the date you received it.
• Returned items must be in the original condition, not used or altered and should be returned with all original packaging.
• All tag and inserts found on some of our items has to be intact.
• Misuse of our return policy will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse full refund for excessive returns by a customer.
• When sending items back please use delivery confirmation for your return package.
• Shipping and insurance cost are non refundable.
• Returns may take up 5 business days for processing. We request your patience.
• We ask if you could please indicate the reason either EXCHANGE or REFUND for your return in the email.
• Please leave us a feedback so we may provide better customer service. We would Love to hear from our customers.
• Please email or call us to returns and exchange packages so that we can provide you additional info.

Item can be exchanged within 10 days of delivery in original condition, not used or altered and should be returned with all original documents.

• Include a copy of the invoice and state the item number, size and the color you are requesting.
• You will have to pay the difference in price if applicable.
• Please include $3.99 money order or personal check for reshipping item to you.
